Her warm and direct style is particularly valued by clients looking to become even more exceptional at what they do. And Lois knows what she’s doing: she’s been a masterful facilitator, trained in linguistics, and executive coach for more than 25 years. She’s a woman who has been repeatedly recognized by her peers for her leadership and her success. Among her accolades: finalist for “Outstanding Woman in Business” from the Denver Business Journal, “Woman Leader of Excellence” from the Colorado Women’s Leadership Coalition, and “Woman of Achievement” from Women in Communications. Lois grew up in Denver and continues to live in the city though she escapes to her beloved mountains, particularly to ski with her family, as often as possible. In the no-snow months you might find her in a yoga studio or exploring other parts of the world.

Janelle Ali-Dinar, PhD

An award winning transformational leader and change agent, Janelle has over 15 years of international executive experience including Senior Health Care Management, Strengths-Based Strategic & Succession Planning, Leadership Effectiveness Building for CEO’s, Organizations, Providers and Board Members and nearly 10 years in rural health care policy and advocacy. She has worked with, and for, Fortune 100 & 500 level companies, with healthcare experience for Catholic Health Initiatives, UCLA Medical Center, Cedars Sinai, Tenet Healthcare and Cardinal Health. She has worked with a variety of hospitals in developing C-Suite leadership effectiveness and physician engagement strategies and in helping them strategically navigate through ACO and CIN initiatives. Dr. Ali-Dinar is a regular on Capitol Hill representing health system needs in areas of reimbursement, quality/patient safety, physician needs and tele health models.

 

Vanita Bellen

Vanita is a trusted advisor with a passion for co-creating highly effective, collaborative organizations, teams, and leaders that empower individuals to achieve outstanding results. An accomplished facilitator, she uses strong analytical and communication skills to provide clients sustainable solutions in Culture, Leadership and Organization Development, Business Integration, Talent Management, and Operations & Performance Improvement.

 

Kelley Dunn

Kelley’s goal as a coach is to help leaders communicate, motivate and influence more effectively. Having worked inside of large corporations for many years, she understands that sustainable performance is only possible when people are motivated and inspired to reach their full potential. Kelley combines clarity and humor to guide clients toward understanding both the art and science of their success.

 

Jodi Grossman

Jodi has extensive experience in professional and leadership development coaching and training, organizational and team effectiveness, project management, group facilitation, and strategy execution. She conducts dynamic and interactive coaching and training programs to develop capabilities in leadership, project management, team effectiveness, interpersonal communication, presentational speaking, and job performance management. Jodi has a BA from the University of Colorado and a Masters degree in Applied Communication from the University of Denver. She is certified to administer the Hogan Leadership Assessments, Pinsight Leadership Simulations, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Denison Culture Survey, and is a Prosci-certified organizational change management practitioner.

 

Will Matthews

For two decades, Will Matthews has helped organizations develop high performing, effective leaders who care about the mission and the people they lead. 

 He calls on his experience as an Ironman Triathlete, Business Executive and Professional Development Expert to help teams and individuals break through limits and “blind spots” that hinder the ability to be fully effective. Will focuses on a strengths-based development approach. Through this coaching model, both emerging and established leaders can discover a more natural, congruent leadership style which leads to less stress, friction and pressure and, perhaps more importantly, more fun and joy in their role as leader.

Barry Shapiro

For the past 15 years, Barry has successfully improved the effectiveness of leaders and their organizations throughout Fortune 500 companies across the US, Europe and Asia. A member of the American Society for Training and Development, Barry is the author of the new book, Casting Call in the Theatre of Corporate America, which teaches innovative ways to engage audiences and improve organizational impact.

 

Kriss Wittmann

Kriss Wittmann is a master strategic illustrator. Her extensive background in graphic arts, illustration, corporate training and higher education has given her the strong ability to visually capture tangible and abstract concepts that allow groups to “see” their challenges and create a clear path forward. In her strategic illustrations Kriss synthesizes information and provides a visual representation in real time; creating large format maps with concepts and data that are generously immersed with illustrations.

Kriss shows up with an eye and ear for translating information. She is highly responsible, customer value-oriented with an approachable personality and an engaging artistic style. She gives information visual legs that provides a group with a powerful thinking tool. This “big picture” allows participants to quickly see and synthesize complex information while noticing patterns that develop breakthrough thinking.

Alena Popovich

Alena Popovich is a fine artist and budding graphic designer. She has a natural passion for illustration, art, and design. To Alchemy she brings creativity, problem solving, and strategic thinking. Her skill in drawing and entrepreneurial spirit motivates Alena to help her clients express their vision.

 

Alece Birnbach

Alece has spent more than a decade creating award-winning campaigns based on targeted, strategic planning and branding. She brings this wealth of marketing acumen, drawing, and problem solving skills to her work with Alchemy Strategy Group in graphic recording, The combination of Alece’s ability to listen to her clients’ needs, along with her drawing ability, make her an ideal visual partner.

 

Gene Drumm

An internationally-recognized expert on organizational culture and performance, change management, team effectiveness, and leadership for the past 20 years, he has carried out projects across industries and sectors on 6 continents. He has also held senior positions at Microsoft, Fujitsu America, and Newmont Mining focused on implementing and sustaining strategic change. Gene has twice been the recipient of the President’s Award from the International Society for Performance Improvement and is the author of Key Result Area Mapping, a strategy implementation methodology.

 

Lara Ewing

Lara particularly enjoys working with teams struggling to integrate widely differing points of view. Her 30 years of experience in whole system change and leadership development includes working with large and small organizations on five continents. Her experience has included the design and delivery of leadership development programs, strategic planning, leading business units from cost centers to profit centers and developing successful change initiatives for multi-national companies. Ewing’s clientele has ranged from world-renowned medical centers to consumer electronics and national and international financial services institutions for such companies as Citicorp, American Express and FNMA. Her book, The Art of Connecting, was published by AMACOM (American Management Association).

 

Fred Grover Jr. M.D. FAAFP, ABIHM, ABAARM

Dr. Grover is a well recognized Board Certified Family Physician (FAAFP) who has been practicing medicine in Denver since 1996. He has additional board certifications in Integrative medicine (ABIHM) and Anti-Aging, Restorative Medicine (ABAARM).  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver, and has completed additional Board Certifications in Anti-Aging Medicine, and Integrative Holistic Medicine, giving him the skills for integrating cutting edge modern medicine and complementary (alternative) therapies into patient care. He volunteers his time researching innovative therapies for traumatic brain injury, and is the Principal Investigator in a trial researching the use of Transcranial NIR LED therapy for TBI wounded veterans. Fred leads Alchemy’s physician leadership team teaching mindfulness practices among other techniques in our leadership academy.

 

Chris Trani

Chris transitioned from oncology nurse into a career as an internal and independent consultant working on hundreds of change and transition projects for finance, healthcare and technology companies. Her skills in coaching individuals going through personal and professional changes has served her enormously when consulting with teams and larger organizations to design conversations leading to accountability, positive actions and results.

 

Mick Walsh

With over 35 years in the advertising, marketing, and creative arts industry, Mick has a passion for design, art, and illustration. He is a featured speaker at national industry conferences and workshops presenting creative best practices. An award winning medical illustrator / photographer for Mercy Medical he was also Vice President of Creative for GEM, a global design agency with offices in 11 cities worldwide. In 2012 he won the Best Video and People’s Choice awards at the North American Sustainability Conference.
